Meek Mill reacts to criticism for only giving a group of kids $20 to split

People took offense to Meek Mill’s “$20 water bottle” incident. He pulled up on a few kids in Atlanta selling water and gave them all $20 to split. Meek posted the interaction on his tweeter.

The clip included the multi-millionaire giving the group $20 while asking them what exactly is he supporting with his cash. They responded, “The water hustle.”

Meek defended himself with the argument that he believed the kids were gonna buy weed with the money.

“I know what is going on, I ain’t giving no young bouls no money to buy no weed.” – answered Meek those people, who took offense to his tiny donation, but his comments did not go over well online.

“We came up pumping gas at the gas station, carrying old ladies’ bags, shoveling snow, I pulled up on them young bouls to give them game. I ain’t worried about no f-ing money…. People do not have the common sense to say, ‘Damn, he did stop and pull up. They wasn’t even mad when we gave them the $20. The internet made them mad. If you look at the video, young boul said ‘Thanks. I f-k with you.’ The internet made them mad.” – continued the Philly rapper.
