Childish Gambino’s “This Is America” has made a return to the spotlight amid the riots at the U.S. Capitol.

An armed and angry mob of Trump supporters stormed Capitol Hill and clashed with police on Wednesday as Congress convened to validate Joe Biden’s presidential win.

Gambino’s song, which conveys the rapper’s perspective of what it’s like to be a Black man in America, has since started popping up on social media.

Despite Jan. 6 disturbance, which resulted in four deaths and over 50 arrests, Congress convened to count election votes and finally confirmed Biden’s victory as the forthcoming president of the United States.
