Lil Wayne’s “Funeral” has sold over 500,000 units in the US

Lil Wayne released his thirteenth studio album “Funeral” on January 31st last year. It features guest appearances from Lil Baby, Big Sean, XXXtentacion, 2 Chainz, Jay Rock, Adam Levine, The Dream, Takeoff, Lil Twist and O.T Genasis.

It debuted at number one on Billboard 200, selling 139,000 units (39,000 pure sales) in the US in it’s first week of release.

As of January 9, 2021, the album has sold over 500,000 units in the US making it eligible for Gold certification in the US.

A deluxe version of album was released in May last year, it features guest appearances from Doja Cat, Benny The Butcher, Lil Uzi Vert, Conway The Machine, Jessie Reyez and Tory Lanez.
