The attorney of Kodak Black confirms XXL that Donald Trump has officially pardoned Kodak Black.
In November 2019, Kodak Black was sentenced to more than three years in prison after pleading guilty to gun charges.
Despite getting presidential pardon this week Kodak could still face up to 30 years in prison.
Kodak Black is still facing a sexual assault charge for allegedly raping an 18 year old high school student in a hotel room after a concert in 2016.
The case was disrupted last year due to Coronavirus pandemic, but prosecutors haven’t forgotten about this and still want to “aggressively” go after Kodak.
According to court documents, Kodak allegedly bit her neck and breast while she ‘repeatedly told [him] to stop’.
He could face up to 30 years if charged.
