Last year when French Montana made some claims that he can easily beat Kendrick Lamar in a Verzuz hits for hits battle, he had to face strong opposition from fans in social media, even TDE members reacted. Now a rumour has been circulating regarding another TDE rapper ScHoolboy Q’s participation, origins of this rumor isn’t clear but yesterday Hip-hop media personality Karen Civil asked TDE president Punch if these rumors are true. In response to it Punch straight away denied it , he also seems to imply TDE won’t be participating in award winning show as he wrote

Later in the same reply thread Karen revealed Punch played her much anticipated music from Kendrick Lamar recently and asked him to play it on her show to which Punch replies in his same ole humor

Earlier this week Verzuz’s latest battle concluded between rnb icons Keyshia Cola and Ashanti. Co-host of the show Timbaland was already asking fans who they wanted to see in the next battle.
