J. Prince is happy that Kodak Black & Lil Wayne got presidential pardons

Few days ago, the former president of the U.S.A Donald Trump pardoned Lil Wayne and Kodak Black. They were among over 100 other people who were included in Trump’s final wave of pardons before he left office. The hip hop community as a whole is excited to hear that remarkable news. Among those people who are happy with the decision is a music executive, promoter and CEO of Houston-based Rap-A-Lot J. Prince.

“I am happy for both of those brothers, I am just a full-blown fan for homies getting out of the pigpen. I am not mad about that. I think more presidents need to do things like that.” – Prince talked about his feeling when he first heard that Wayne and Kodak had received pardons.

Wayne offered his support for Trump in a social media during the president’s reelection campaign. The rapper post featuring a photo of him and the former POTUS together shortly before Election Day.
