The Silhouette Challenge is the one of the most popular TikTok trends to take over social media since 2021 started. Artists such as Doja Cat, Iggy Azalea and Cardi B have taken part in the challenge.
Cardi posted her entry late Wednesday night, which begins with her stepping into a frame wearing a kimono with her curl hair… And a stripper pole. As those who recognize the challenge know a mix of Paul Anka’s “Put Your Head On My Shoulder” and Doja Cat’s “Street” plays, then beat drops, the screen goes red, and the silhouette of a person emerges. As some of you know Bronx rapper is a former striper, she incorporates past profession into the challenge.

Doja Cat gave her own take after asking her followers if she should join in the viral contest. While she’s familiar to seeing one of her songs go viral on TikTok, this is the first time she’s entered a challenge after social media blew it up with one of her own records.
