Eminem’s Curtain Call: The Hits achieves an unbelievable milestone

Eminem’s greatest hits album “Curtain Call” has now spent 10 years on US Billboard 200 chart. Curtain call also becomes the 6th longest charting album in the history of Billboard.

Curtain Call was released on December 6, 2005. It debuted at number Billboard 200 by selling 441,000 copies, after two sales days, in a similar fashion to Eminem’s previous album Encore.

The album’s two singles, “When I’m Gone” and “Shake That”, peaked at numbers 8 and 6 respectively in the US Billboard Hot 100.

In August 2017, the album was declared the longest-running rap LP in the history of the Billboard 200. Earlier this year, it became first Hiphop album to chart 500 weeks.
