The late rapper, activist, and entrepreneur Nipsey Hussle, whose real name was Ermias Asghedom, died on March 31, 2019. He was shot outside of his Marathon clothing store in Los Angeles. He was 33 years old. Hussle became known for his numerous mixtapes including The Marathon, The Marathon Continues, and Crenshaw.

Hip hop community and friends pay tribute to Nipsey. His friend, The Maybach Music Group head ,Rick Ross, took to his social media to pay tribute to the late rapper on the two-year anniversary of his death.

“Your presence is stronger than ever, brother. Your wisdom, still unsurpassed.” – Ross noted in an Instagram Story video.

“The marathon continues …” he wrote. As you know, Rick Ross got tattoo of Nipsey Hussle’s face on his arm.
