21 Savage has been awarded eight new RIAA Platinum and Gold certifications
The Slaughter King is without a doubt one of the most popular rappers of the new generation, having amassed a sizable following since his debut with the Metro Boomin-produced Savage Mode. Of course, after that fateful first release, he’s released many more albums, including Issa Song, the Offset-assisted Without Warning, I Am > I Was, and, most lately, Savage Mode 2. 21 Savage’s repertoire is also looking to expand, with a major part on the forthcoming Spiral soundtrack.
The songs in question come from a variety of his records, for the most part. Issa’s “Bank Account” (6x platinum) is a hit. I Am > I Was includes the songs “A Lot” (5x platinum) and “Out For The Night” (gold). Metro Boomin recorded the albums “Runnin” (platinum), “Rich N***a Shit” (gold), “Glock In My Lap” (gold), and “Mr. Right Now” (platinum). Finally, Without Warning’s “Rap Saved Me” (platinum) is included.
21 Savage has earned a total of 41 plaques as a result of these certifications.
