Eminem adds another trophy to his collection

In his lustrous career Eminem has won numerous awards, now the latest award added to his collection is Detroit Music Award for Outstanding Major Label Recording for his 11th studio album “Music To Be Murdered By”.

Eminem released his 11th studio album “Music To Be Murdered By” on January 17th 2020 featuring Black Thought, Juice WRLD, Royce Da 5’9”, White Gold, Ed Sheeran, Skylar Grey, Q-Tip, Joel Ortiz, Young M.A, KXNG Crooked, Denaun, Anderson.Paak & Don Toliver.

The album sold 279,000 equivalent units in its first week. The Detroit legend also released the side B of the album on December last year.

The Side B just like original album has received praise and love from the fans. The album features guest appearances from Eminem’s mentor, super producer and NWA’s Dr Dre, Marshall’s longtime collaborator Skylar Grey, Ty Dolla $ign, Sly Pyper, MAJ, legendary producer DJ Premier and White Gold.

According To Billboard the album has sold 94,000 units and jumped to number 3 from 199 position on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

The album broke a 50 year-old record for the Biggest Leap ever on Billboard Top 200 after climbing 196 spots. Previous record was held by Bob Dylan (193 places) in the year 1970.
