Nas could make $100M windfall from Coinbase investment

Hip hop icon Nasir Jones’, known better as Nas, QueensBridge Venture Partners invested in 2013. The cryptocurrency exchange expected to reach over $100 billion when it’s listed on the Nasdaq.

Nas’s firm entered Coinbase’s Series B round when the cryptocurrency exchange platform was valued $143 million.

According to Swissquote senior analyst Ipek Ozkardeskaya, the $100 billion valuation will mark the first official juncture between the traditional financial avenue and the alternative crypto path. The can help one with careful trading and also earning good returns.

Nas’ recent plans also includes starring in Netflix’s movie “Monster,” where Nas can be seen in a role of an inmate. “Monster” has been premiered in Sundance Festival back in 2018 and is executive produced by John Legend, Swizz Beatz, Nas.

Monster is scheduled to release next month i.e. May 7th on Netflix.
