One of the biggest hitmaker of recent times Travis Scott was the first major artist to announce his own tour post pandemic past week. Travis announced he was bringing back his super hit Astroworld tour later this year in November to NRG Park in Texas, with an expanded two-day format, from November 2 – November 5.
After the tickets went on sale earlier today it was reported that the rapper’s music festival has sold out more than 100,000 passes in less than an hour. Travis himself took to announce the news with a sold out poster, he also promised those who missed out will get another chance to buy tickets for the festival.
A portion of proceeds from the event will be donated to the festival’s official charity partner, Cactus Jack Foundation. Founded by Scott, the nonprofit organization looks to empower and enrich the lives of youth by providing access to education and creative resources to ensure long-term success.
Travis Scott is looking forward to release his forthcoming album Utopia later this year . Scott’s recent singles “Highest In The Room” , “The Scotts” and “Franchise” has enjoyed the top spot at Billboard Hot 100, as the hype for Utopia is now through the roof.
