In the last few days two huge albums from 2010s decade, Drake’s Views and Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN. have entered new milestones respectively on streaming platform Spotify.
Drake’s 2016 album Views has surpassed 7 Billion streams on the platform making it only the 9th albums in history to achieve this milestone meanwhile Kendrick Lamar who is long due for an album , his previous album DAMN. has just entered 5 Billion club making it 25th album ever to achieve this feat.
As far as Hip-Hop artists are concerned Post Malone ( 3 albums) , Drake (2 albums) , XXXTentacion ( 2 albums) , Juice Wrld (1 album ) , Travis Scott (1 Album) and Kendrick Lamar ( 1 album) are the only artists with atleast 5 Billion streams on Spotify.
