Legendary rapper Tupac’s stepbrother Mopreme Shakur sat down with Youtube Channel WHY Tv for an exclusive interview where the 54-year-old revealed today’s artist with whom Tupac will work if he was alive.
“I think Pac would be working with Kendrick, duh, I think he would be working with Anderson. Paak because Anderson knows how to get them rhythms going” said the former member of hip-hop group Thug Life. He also tells Pac always wanted to make a song with English singer Sting.
Late rapper Tupac’s impact on Kendrick Lamar’s music has been well documented. Back in 2011, Kendrick Lamar revealed Pac came into his dream and told him “..keep doing what you’re doing and don’t let my music die.” On his 2015 album ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’s final track ‘Mortal Man’, Kendrick has included an old interview of 2 Pac which is portrayed in such a way that it seems both west coast rappers are having a conversation.
