In the last few years, many records were made and broken in streaming giant Spotify following its availability and growing users around the world. One of the few records that would be hard to touch is how many days a song stays on Spotify’s daily chart.

On the U.S. Spotify charts history, the longest-charting tracks in Top five are all from Hip  Hop genres. The longest-charting song belongs to J. Cole’s  ‘No Role Modelz’ from his 2014 album ‘2014 Forest Hills Drive’.

As of the time this article is written ‘No Role Modelz’ has stayed on the charts for 2188 days which is a record for any song on the platform and also the only track to complete 2000 days. Released 7 years ago this song seems to be a fan favorite still as it’s charting at #36 on the daily chart currently.
