Kodak Black has been working for years to improve his market position, and it looks that the 24-year-old rapper is not going anywhere. Despite his various legal difficulties and scandals, Kodak Black has received an incredible compliment from Drake.
Drake appeared on Kodak’s Livestream to express his belief that it is Kodak’s moment in the spotlight. Drake’s comment during the broadcast was soon screenshotted and reposted, sparking a heated controversy among Twitter users.
“You really all that for this generation and the next one if we being honest,” wrote the Canadian rapper.

This is not Drizzy’s first time praising Kodak. A few years ago, The Certified Lover Boy named the Floridian rapper’s “Dying to Live” album one of his favorite projects of the “past five years”. It’s also known that Drake texted Kodak to express his admiration, “Your mission is so pure,” he wrote, “It’s almost as if you are speaking from a god-level bird’s-eye view of your own life. I want to know how you broke that wall.”

Some of todays rappers can compete (Drake, JCole, DaBaby) but most of todays rappers (Yachty, Kodak Black, Hotboii) are hot garbage.

Myself and alot of other ppl discovered Kodak Black in 2016 when Drake reposted his song “skrt”…. didn’t even know he was the one behind “no flockin” before that. He’s been giving Kodak his flowers and he never tried to hop on one of Kodak hits because he knows he’s not a wave
