Nicki Minaj teases ‘Pink Friday 2’, album release time and another collab. with Lil Baby

Nicki Minaj is currently on a promo run in support of her latest single, ‘Do We Have A Problem?’ which features Lil Baby and it could usher in a new era for the Queens-based rapper.

In her new interview with Hot 937’s The Morning Crew, Nicki teased that her next album might be the sequel of her debut album ‘Pink Friday’

I will say this album will be the closest thing we’ll probably ever get to Pink Friday 2.0. I’m thinking of going that route with the name,” revealed Nicki about her upcoming fifth studio album.

During her another appearance at The Late Late Show With James Corden, Nick spilled tea about the release of her album.

I do know it’s a lot sooner than it’s ever been. I know it’s coming this year and I know that it will come out before the summertime” revealed Nicki to the excited host and audience. Nicki Minaj’s previous album ‘Queen’ was released in 2018, since then the 39-year-old rapper has released a handful of features and also dropped a re-release of her debut mixtape ‘Beam Me Up Scotty’ past year.

While Nicki Minaj’s latest single, ‘Do We Have A Problem?’ featuring Lil Baby, has risen to the top of the charts, Minaj is already planning to release another song featuring the Atlanta hitmaker. Nicki responded to the fan by saying that the song titled ‘Bussin,’ which was teased at the end of her most recent music video, might be released next Friday.
