Kanye West was the only Hip-Hop act to be nominated in the Album Of The Year category for his album ‘Donda’, as the singer Jon Batiste took the most prestigious award for his album ‘We Are’. Likewise, Baby Keem was the only Hip-Hop/Rap act nominated in the Best New Artist category and lost to the female singer Olivia Rodrigo. Hit-Boy was the only Hip-Hop act nominated in the Best Producer category and lost to Jack Antonoff.
Kanye West has equaled Jay-Z as both winners of GRAMMYs last night and has now won the award a total of 24 times each throughout their, career. pg-lang Rap prodigy Baby Keem lifted his first GRAMMYs win in the Best Rap Performance category for his song ‘family ties’ with Kendrick Lamar.
