Eminem teases new song “The King And I” from new “Elvis” movie trailer

“Elvis” is a forthcoming autobiographical film directed by Baz Luhrmann, based on a script written by Luhrmann, Sam Bromell, Craig Pearce, and Jeremy Doner, and based on a tale developed by Luhrmann and Doner. The film portrays the life and career of music and cinematic sensation Elvis Presley, who is played by Austin Butler.

The film “Elvis” will have its international debut on May 25 at the Cannes Film Festival, and will be released theatrically in Australia on June 22 and in the United States on June 24.

It was recently revealed that Eminem’s new single “The King And I,” featuring CeeLo Green, will serve as the film’s main theme song. In a clip shared by Slim Shady, Austin Butler steps out of a car with his guitar in front of shouting fans while “The King And I” plays in the background.

The lyrics from the song go: “It goes one for the trailer park / Two for my baby moms / Three for the tater tots / Four if you ate a lot.”
