The video of Eminem meeting Bobby Shmurda & Cordae goes viral

Eminem and Snoop Dogg recently presented their new hit “From The D 2 The LBC” at ApeFest 2022. The long-awaited collaboration was released two days ago, on June 24. The song was produced by Eminem himself and is expected to appear on his next album, “Curtain Call: The Hits 2.”

The new single was released along with a music video on Eminem’s YouTube channel that was directed by James Larese. The clip has over 7 million views and more than 600K likes on YouTube. The scene in the video alternates between live footage of the iconic rappers and an animated scenario in which they turn into Bored Ape-like characters.

Both the song and the MV were premiered by the two icons at ApeFest in New York. As Snoop and Marshall were wrapping up their performance and leaving the stage, they bumped into Bobby Shmurda and Cordae. Someone backstage captured the moment of their interaction and fans are loving it.

In the video, you can see Eminem stopping to give hug to Cordae. Bobby Shmurda, who is standing behind him, smiles at the Detroit Legend as he tries to leave and calls him “Big homie!”. It certainly takes a second for Eminem to grasp who Shmurda is but he daps up the Miami rapper and gives him a hug.
