Kendrick Lamar reveals the cost of his Diamond Crown

The highlight of Kendrick Lamar’s new era is certainly the diamond ingested crown which the Compton based Rapper can be seen wearing in the cover of his latest album ‘Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers’.

Kendrick brought the crown to life first time during the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2023 where the rapper paid tribute to the late fashion designer Virgil Abloh and also performed the cuts off his latest album.

A Few days later ‘Die Hard’ Rapper took the stage at U.K’s. biggest festival Glastonbury where he once again performed with the crown on his head and closed his set with fake blood pouring on his face while chanting ‘Godspeed for women’s rights they judge you they judge Jesus christ”.

So how much the crown is really worth?

Tiffany & Co. along with Dave Free ( cofounder of pg-lang and Kendrick’s long-time friend) revealed in a press release that the headpiece includes over 8000 diamonds and took 10 months to make. Dave Free said of the crown’s meaning “The crown is a godly representation of hood philosophies told from a digestible youthful lens.”

While Kendrick was on the way to perform at Glastonbury stage, a vlogger caught Kendrick and his entourage backstage where he asked the Compton native how much his outfit and the crown are worth. Someone from the crew yelled 3 then the vlogger asked “3 what” to which the response was $3 Million. Kendrick acknowledges it and bursts out in laughter. Watch the whole footage below:
