50 Cent denies The Game’s claims of writing ‘What Up Gangsta’

HipHop star turn TV mogul 50 Cent is the latest guest on Breakfast Club to promote his Tycoon Houston Comedy Fest. In the hour-long chat, the G-Unit general discussed moving to Houston, his new endeavors, and much more.

A recent leak of The Game’s debut album ‘The Documentary’ song ‘Higher’reference track by 50 was also brought up by the hosts in conversation which led to Fif addressing The Game and his manager’s claims that the former G-Unit member wrote ‘What Up Gangsta’ for 50.

Earlier this year in a clubhouse chat The Game and Wack 100 indicated that Get Rich or Die Tryin cut was written by The Game. 50 has now addressed this claim and said “He said he wrote ‘What Up Gangsta? Come on bro he (The Game) wasn’t even around when did that. It was before he even came into the picture“. 50 then went onto say there’s a point where desperation will make you say anything.

50 also admitted to writing six songs from The Documentary for Compton Rapper The Game he also revealed writing for New York legend LL Cool J, Diddy, and more. Watch the full conversation below:
