It was all clear that something isn’t right between the Atlanta-based trio Migos , when Quavo and TakeOff announced they will be releasing music as a duo called ‘Unc and Phew’.
Earlier today TMZ reported that Offset has filed documents where he accuses his former label Quality Control to ignore the deal they made back in 2021. Offset real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus claims that he negotiated his solo deal, and “paid handsomely” for his artist rights.
Offset released a new solo single produced by Baby Keem last week ‘5 4 3 2 1’ and announced another single dropping this week titled ‘Code’ featuring MoneyBagg Yo both under Motown Records, according to Offset Quality Control is incorrectly trying to claim his solo music as their own.
Meanwhile, both Offset and Quality Control co-founder Pierre ‘P’ Thomas have taken this drama to social media where the latter first addressed the lawsuit “The last lawsuit was filed publicly and dismissed quietly. Let’s see how this one go”.
Offset responded to P by saying “N**** act like im the problem I paid millions to get my rights back N**** you black balled me I ain’t said S-ìt one time homie I ain’t spoke to you in 2 years now I drop and you want ya name on my credit?
