New Video Shows Quavo Arguing With Someone 30 Secs Before Shooting That Killed Takeoff

Takeoff was shot dead in Huston yesterday morning while hanging out with his uncle Quavo at the Bowling Alley. Quavo and Takeoff were both members of the popular hip-hop trio Migos, along with Offset.

According to reports, Takeoff was killed by a single shot in or near his head. Several clips from the scene were shared on the internet, including one in which Quavo stands over Takeoff’s body, screaming in despair while attempting to save his nephew.

Unfortunately, despite efforts by Quavo and witnesses to help him, Takeoff was pronounced dead on the spot.

TMZ got another footage that reveals what transpired only 30 seconds before the shooting. Quavo is arguing with an unnamed individual in the video, with Takeoff standing behind him. A single gunshot is heard seconds later, and as everyone begins to flee, a hail of bullets begins to rain down. According to TMZ, at least two separate firearms were used and more than ten gunshots were fired.

TMZ also shared another video that shows Quavo walking away from the argument just before the shooting starts.

“I ain’t doing this s**t bro,” says Quavo as he tries to leave. Just then, a physical altercation breaks out between unidentified individuals, and someone shoots a gun.

The Neighborhood Talk shared a video on their Instagram account of an eyewitness describing what happened. She said that Quavo and Takeoff were trying to mediate the argument and that none of Migos’ entourage was armed. She went on to say that Quavo shouldn’t be blamed for what happened and that the 31-year-old rapper passed out and had to be carried to the car after the incident.

Migo’s manager issued an official post on Instagram claiming that Takeoff was killed by an accidental bullet.

“It is with broken hearts and deep sadness that we mourn the loss of our beloved brother Kirsnick Khari Ball, known to the world as takeoff,” he wrote. “Senseless violence and a stray bullet has taken another life from this world and we are devastated. Please respect his family and friends as we all continue to process this monumental loss.”
