Philly Rapper Meek Mill has returned with the fifth installment in his “Flamerz” mixtape series. Meek has remixed viral hits like “Wait For You” , “Super Gremlin” “Tomorrow 2”, “Munch” and more.
Meek has also remixed DJ Khaled’s song “God Did” featuring Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, John Legend, and Fridayy along with a new music video released for it. In the track, Meek calls out Kanye West saying
“Make a hundred million dollars and still go get my friends after
And that don’t go for everybody, just the only ones that been back for me
I will never sell my soul for money, like I’m Kanye”
Meek’s latest shots on Kanye are a follow-up to his rants a month ago after Kanye unveiled his White Lives Matter merch at Paris Fashion Week resulting in Meek sharing a lengthy Instagram story going after Ye “Speaking from a n— that has been supporting ye since he came out..but what you been doing for fame driving you crazy” he wrote adding “It’s like you hate your own people”.
Meanwhile, Meek’s new mixtape is released for free and it’s not available on streaming services like Apple Music and Spotify. Dreamchaser Rapper explains the reasoning for releasing his tape for free “It’s not gone be hard it’s simple… one link boom press play? It’s always been that way with my mixtapes. If you rock wit me hit the link …it’s not a sales pitch for new people! It’s for the people that use it as motivation and people who support me!”
