Tekashi 6ix9ine claims Gunna “snitched” in newly released court footage

Gunna has finally come home, but the reaction from fellow rappers and the general public has not been as favorable as one would hope.

Yesterday, December 15, a court video was made public in which Gunna admits that YSL is a gang and that he has personal knowledge of the organization’s members or associates engaging in criminal activities. More importantly, the clip shows Gunna stating that the narcotics and weapons found in the car he and Young Thug were in did not belong to him.

The court footage sparked a lot of debate, with many accusing the 29-year-old rapper of throwing YSL and Young Thug under the bus.

After his release, Gunna issued a public statement denying any wrongdoing against YSL members or cooperating with police. “I have NOT made any statements, have NOT been interviewed, have NOT cooperated, have NOT agreed to testify or be a witness for or against any party in the case,” he said. It’s no surprise that many people were skeptical about Gunna’s claim. Tekashi 6ix9ine, the famed troll, posted a court video of Gunna on the stand on his Instagram, mocking the “Pushin’ P” rapper.

“Just stfu and listen,”  he wrote. “I know ya do not wanna accept it. Your man is fighting for his life in court on a gang RICO.”
Tekashi then cited Gunna’s conversation with the prosecutor: “Judge: You are aware YSL is a gang correct? Fata— Gunna: Yes mam/ Judge: ONLYYYYY you and Jeffrey are in the car and the police find a handgun and drugs. This did not belong to you correct? Fata— Gunna: Yes mam… Go ahead and make your 1,000,0000 excuses. I stand on whatever I do or did. That’s why I’m still walking on this earth AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS TO ME. I am him p—y. Real ni—s getting shot and kicked in their face, can’t be me. Fata— Gunna : Yes Mam”

6ix9ine isn’t the only one thinking Gunna snitched. Boosie Badazz also made a comment on the same video and labeled Gunna a “rat”.

“RAT,” Boosie wrote in his tweet. “THIS WOULD HAVE PUT TEARS IN MY EYES. MY BROTHER, MY ARTIST. LIKE WTF? I AM FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE THAT I’M NOT RUNNING A GANG/CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE AND YOU DO THIS TO BIGDOG!! U KNOW IT’S A GANG. THE GUNS AND DR-GS ARE NOT YOURS… WELL, WHO ELSE WAS IN THE CAR THEY CAN BE FOR SMH”
