A verdict has finally come in high profile shooting case of Tory Lase and Megan Thee Stallion. A juror has found Tory real name Daystar guilty of all three charges against him.

Rapper/ singer Tory Lanez was found guilty of felony negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm.

Tory will now face more than 22 years in prison as his sentencing will take place next month i.e. January 27. According to the reports after the verdict was announced Tory’s family members including his father and mother yelled “This system stands before god” and called the court evil.

Megan Thee Stallion previously stated before court accusing Tory Lanez of shooting her “I’ve never been shot at before in my life… He said, ‘Dance b—h,’ and I turned to him and saw him shoot.”

The defense also tried to target Megan’s former friend Kelsey as the shooter. Megan and her friend Kelsey had different stories of what actually happened inside the car during the night of the shooting. Kelsey testified that she didn’t shoot Megan but she didn’t accuse Tory either. In the end, Jury sided with prosecutors saying “Women, especially Black women, are afraid to report crimes like assault and sexual violence because they are too often not believed.”
