Last year’s high-profile YSL Rico case involving star Rappers Young Thug, Gunna, and others resulted in Gunna and many YSL members taking plea deals. Gunna had to face a lot of backlash since being released in December from his fellow collaborators.
It was also rumored that Gunna’s fellow Atlanta Rapper Lil Baby had unfollowed him on socials, it came as a shock to many fans because both Gunna and Baby are a duo that have given many hits together including Diamond-certified “Drip Too Hard”.
Now it seems Lil Baby is openly mentioning Young Thug and YSL members including Gunna who are taking plea deals. In a new song previewed by Oakland based Rapper Lil Dann which also includes a on-the-set clip of both Baby and Dann shooting a music video where Lil Baby raps

This snippet comes out at the same time Gunna released his comeback album “a Gift & a curse” , in a single titled “bread & butter” released prior to the album dropped Gunna also appeared to take shots at Lil Baby saying “You b***-a** n**** got me as the topic of the chat/You switched on me when you know you in business with a rat /And the boy that’s like your brother, and nobody speak on that”
Gunna later hopped on DJ Akademiks IG post claiming that “It’s Cap , i’m just letting people hear my story”
