Despite currently being incarcerated, YoungBoy continues to connect with his audience through new music. “5 Night,” produced by London on da Track, features the rapper’s signature themes, including reflections on violence, wealth, and relationships. The track showcases a more melodic delivery in the chorus, while still incorporating his characteristic intense vocal style.
The accompanying music video, directed by HoodRichKevin, was filmed prior to YoungBoy’s imprisonment. The visuals depict him at a Maverik gas station and in his home studio in Utah, offering fans a glimpse into his life before his current legal challenges.
