Los Angeles-based rapper Trizz has teamed up with Top Dawg Entertainment artist Ab-Soul for a new single titled “Snakes In The Grass,” released on March 1, 2025.
The track, produced by Python P, features a haunting and intimidating atmosphere, utilizing dramatic string sections and dense bass to create a funk-inspired sound. Both Trizz and Ab-Soul deliver verses addressing the need to eliminate negative influences from their lives.
This collaboration marks the first time the two California MCs have worked together, and their chemistry on the track has been well-received.
