Last night Young Thug performed “Ski” at Summer Smash Festival with Gunna’s name censored in the song.
In the song, Thugger raps: “B-tch got a Backwood on her nightstand, she must be f-ckin’ with Gunna (Yeah, yeah) I f-ck with slatts and we come to eat rats and I came with some f-ckin’ piranhas (Yeah)” and he left out Gunna’s name from it.
Originally leaked in April 2021 under the title “F-ckin With Gunna”, “Ski” finds the “3 Headed Snake” collaborators reuniting with additional production from Lil Justin and Outtatown.
The song was teased two weeks ahead of the release of YSL Records‘ second collaborative album Slime Language 2, with Young Thug and Gunna each previewing their verses (Thugger first, followed by Gunna).
