Baby Keem was originally set to appear in New York City for a vinyl signing at Rough Trade, but the event was ultimately canceled due to a historic blizzard hitting the area.
Shortly after, a surprise show began taking shape on X, where Keem posted a series of cryptic tweets hinting that he was somewhere around NYC. Around 9 a.m. on the day of the performance, he finally dropped a ticket link, sparking excitement among fans.
As expected, the Las Vegas-born rapper quickly sold out a one-night-only performance at Webster Hall. The show featured a minimalist setup, with Keem performing on a smoke-filled stage with just a microphone, while his longtime collaborator Scott Bridgeway handled DJ duties behind the turntables.
Keem opened the night with “Circus Circus Free$tyle” from his new album Ca$ino. Rather than performing the album in sequence like he did at his earlier listening event, he delivered a mix of new material and fan favorites. The crowd heard older hits such as “Orange Soda,” “Stats,” “trademark usa,” and “MOSHPIT.”
Later in the performance, Keem returned to tracks from Ca$ino, including “Birds & the Bees” and “Good Flirts.” During “Good Flirts,” he briefly stopped the show to debut the song’s music video, which features appearances from Momo Boyd and Kendrick Lamar, both of whom also appear on the track. The visual was reportedly shot in New York City and directed by Bronx-born photographer and filmmaker Renell Medrano.
The music video is now fully out. Watch it below:
