Opium founder Playboi Carti has teased what seems to be one of the biggest crossovers in Hip-Hop music if it really happens. Just a few hours ago Carti took to his Instagram account to tease a joint album with Louisana Rapper NBA YoungBoy.
Carti shared a pic of YB who is rocking Opium (Carti’s label) chain and also a t-shirt that teases a world tour. Opium was founded by Playboi Cart in 2019 and includes signees Ken Carson and Destroy Lonely. Each of the Rappers and other artists affiliated with the label has been rocking the Opium chain way before.
JewleryUnlimited who have made the Opium Chain for NBA Youngboy revealed that the Playboi Carti and NBA YoungBoy collaboration album is on the way.
The collaboration between the two artists is going to be interesting as Carti is infamous for making fans wait for music as he teased his solo album titled “Narcissist” which will be a follow-up to his album “Whole Lotta Red” released in 2020. On the other hand, NBA YoungBoy is notorious for dropping music at regular intervals and unlike Carti he appears in big-name collaborations with the likes of Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg, Tyler, The Creator in recent times.
Stay updated for more details on this possible joint album.!
