A few days ago Lil Wayne started sharing a cryptic cover art which was titled “Tha Fix Before Tha VI” along with a pre-order link as well. Fans started speculating that the Cash Money star Rapper is gearing up for a project before his much-awaited album “Tha Carter VI”.
Well, the fans’ speculations have become a confirmation that Wayne indeed is about to deliver a new project right before the album drops. In the latest episode of the sports talk show Undisputed with Skip Bayless, Lil Wayne has confirmed that “Tha Fix Before Tha VI” will include songs that were originally made for Tha Carter VI.
“Tha Fix is a few songs just to satisfy my fans whom i love, who also love a lot of material and I’m just giving them something before the actual album. Because we are still getting clearances and all that readying for the album..” said Weezy also confirming that the project will include the songs off the album and specifically recorded for Carter VI.

Tha Carter VI will be the sixth installment of Wayne’s fan-loved Tha Carter series. Previously the Rapper has also dropped mixtapes series like Sorry For The Wait, Dedication before the release of his actual albums to hold the fans over for new music.
