Dr. Dre, one of the most renowned producers of the modern era, has stated he was given the opportunity to work with some of the greatest and most gifted performers of all time, including Michael Jackson and Prince.

Dr. Dre who was a guest on Kevin Hart’s Peacock show “Hart To Heart” revealed that both Prince and Michael Jackson approached him for collaboration but he bowed out of working with them “I was just like what the f— am i gonna do with them. What am i gonna do with them in the studio.. those are my heroes” said Dre. Host Kevin Hart was obviously shocked by the response as many fans would be but Dre himself seems humble enough.

Despite rejecting these offers Dr. Dre has worked with many big names including the late Tupac, signed Snoop Dogg, Eminem, 50 Cent, and produce multiple albums and songs with them who went on to become the top-selling artists in the Hip-Hop genre.

In the rest of the interview, Aftermath founder Dre talked about working with his signed Rappers Eminem, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, and Kendrick Lamar in the studio “It was always collaborating with creativity and see what we can do next that could be amazing”.
